Jess Godwin is a Chicago/Atlanta based singer songwriter. Dubbed "the voice of a songbird" (Chicago Tribune) with "powerhouse vocals" (Chicago Sun-Times), Jess has performed her original music at venues such as Voodoofest (New Orleans), Horseshoe Tavern (Toronto), Andrews Upstairs (Atlanta), The Bitter End (New York), Trios Enoteca (Denver), Elbo Room (Chicago), John Cowley and Sons (Detroit), and The Basement (Nashville) in the past year. She has also been onstage at Steppenwolf Theater, (Chicago) Court Theatre (Chicago), and Long Wharf Theatre (New Haven).

Jess is currently recording with Jan Smith Studios in Atlanta. Whether she is performing solo or with her band, you will be impressed.
